Here is the perfect IN HOME workout for anyone (EVERYONE) hearing that their public gyms are now closed. I decided to do a HIIT routine that takes LESS THAN 30 mins. I love High Intensity Interval Training because it burns fat in a shorter amount of time, you get a good sweat, and feel accomplished right afterwards.
